Bright Brewery were launching a premium Japanese-inspired dark lager and wanted a product film that earned the 'premium' label rather than just claiming it. The idea: shoot it as if we were inside a Tokyo izakaya at midnight - neon, smoke, salarymen, the can as quiet hero. We built the izakaya set from scratch in the brewery's loading dock. I led concept, direction, cinematography, photography and post.
